On an intentional community in the mountains of northern New Mexico, I was born "out of the box," and at eight years old, decided to be a Renaissance woman if I ever grew up. Historic time period aside, I have done my best to make good on the goal; I was a professional modern dancer for over 10 years in Europe, Israel and New York City, most notably with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance  Company and the Metropolitan Opera Ballet; I am a Vinyasa yoga teacher; and my oil paintings have been displayed upon the gallery walls the likes of Lincoln Center and an East Village tattoo store. 

Since 2001, I have had a private coaching practice, in which I work with those seeking a holistic and down to earth approach to relationships, nutrition and lifestyle. I have taught and lectured at numerous universities, corporations and institutions, including NASDAQ, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the School of Visual Arts, St. John's College, Marymount Manhattan, Baruch College, the Atlantic Theatre Company and The Juilliard School.  I write a regular column for New York Spirit Magazine, "Enlightened Sex in the City."  I split my time between New York, California, and Asia.

I am deeply honored to be in an exquisite relationship - a co-created work of art - with my boyfriend of five years, which has been workshop, crucible and launching pad. My vast and varied experiences have served to clarify for me that intimate relationships are a powerful vehicle for extraordinary personal growth, and a sacred opportunity to dance with the biggest flirt of all, the divine.
